Sperenza is a daughter of Caelia in the first book of The Faerie Queene by Edmund Spenser.

Her name is an Italian word for “hope”, and she is the second daughter to meet with the Redcrosse knight, after Fidelia (faith), but before Charissa (charity). Together, they are able to help the Redcrosse knight heal and become holy.
