The Karate Kid has been a classic since 1984 when it was first released. Now it lives on with the Cobra Kai television show. Here it is in order.

What’s on the Karate Kid Timeline?

[adinserter block=”1″][adinserter block=”8″] This Karate Kid timeline assembles all of the Karate Kid stories into one chronological timeline. Now, with the Karate Kid franchise, there have been a few outliers. These include The Next Karate Kid, and the 2010 reboot. We’ve included those here since there is no official word on canonicity within the Karate Kid universe.

This timeline also includes the Cobra Kai television series, produced by YouTube. If you ask us, it’s a fine continuation of the series.

Where to Start?

There is only one good place to start with this Karate Kid timeline, and that’s at the beginning. Start with the original 1984 film. We also recommend the second film as well. Otherwise, you can skip ahead to the Cobra Kai television series. We don’t really recommend anything in-between.

As always, if you see something that should be added, taken away, or changed, let us know. We love to hear your feedback. And if you liked this timeline, you might enjoy some of our others, like our Back to the Future timeline.
